Take the 'Jotetsu Bus' 'Toyohira Keikoku Onsen Line' from JR Sapporo Station's bus terminal, and get off at the final stop 'Toyohira Keikoku Onsen' after 80 minutes. For subway, get off at 'Jinnan Station' on the Sapporo Municipal Subway Namboku Line

By Car

From Sapporo city center, take National Route 230 towards Nakayama Pass, and after passing Jozankei Onsen town on your right, you'll find a parking area with toilets on your left. Continue slightly further and turn left at the Toyohira Dam entrance intersection (with a guide board) and it's 600m on your left.
