Ajigaura Onsen Nozomi's hot spring is a self-sourced spring drilled 1504 meters underground from the entrance of the building. Unlike volcanic hot springs found in various parts of Japan, this spring is a concentrated and matured ancient seawater that has been sealed underground for thousands of years. It is truly a blessing from the earth, also known as 'ancient water' or 'fossil seawater.' This hot spring is easily perceived to warm the body from the core after bathing.
